Job Summary
Retail Supervisor at RWB Thrift oversees day-to-day sales-floor operations, coaches and develops the retail team, ensures excellent customer service, manages inventory and cashier operations, and collaborates with the Retail Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve store goals. The role emphasizes supervising store activities, maintaining store standards, training team members, handling cashier processes, and contributing to overall thrift-store operations. Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred; basic computer skills and the ability to work independently are valued. The position includes guidance from the Retail Manager and supports a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Teams, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and carry out tasks to completion within prescribed routines and practices
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
