Job Summary
Manage day-to-day sales floor operations, ensuring adherence to store standards, efficient product processing, and optimal customer service under the Retail Manager's guidance. Supervise and mentor retail team members through ongoing coaching, while overseeing cashier operations including transaction processing and cash handling procedures. Oversee inventory levels to ensure products are well-stocked, merchandised, and priced accurately to meet sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, collaborating with the Retail Manager to implement sales strategies and optimize productivity. Review key reports to understand departmental goals and contribute to achieving performance metrics. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, noisy environment requiring flexibility to switch tasks based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs

- Proficient in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
