Job Summary
Retail Supervisor at RWB Thrift oversees day-to-day sales-floor operations under the guidance of the Retail Manager, coaching and developing team members, supervising cashier operations and floor management, and collaborating to implement sales strategies to meet targets. Key duties include operational oversight, team development, delivering excellent customer service, inventory management, and contributing to overall thrift store performance. Bilingual English/Spanish ability and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are emphasized, with emphasis on adapting to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks per instructions
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
