Job Summary
As the Retail Supervisor at RWB Thrift, you'll support the Retail Manager by overseeing daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining store standards. Key responsibilities include supervising retail activities, coaching team members, managing inventory, and overseeing cashier operations. You are expected to contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer shopping experience through collaborative leadership with the Retail Manager. Effective communication and basic computer skills are crucial for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience is preferred
