Job Summary
Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards. Responsible for ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective use of short- and long-term planning, expense control, sales and service, and payroll control to maintain a highly profitable location while providing the highest levels of service to customers. Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store and/or Assistant Store Manager; handle and process incoming and outgoing merchandise; comply with all Policies & Procedures and operational core competencies. Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment. Work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required. Qualifications include 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, strong communication, teamwork, quick learning, MS Office/retail software proficiency, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. The base pay is $18.00 - $21.00 hourly plus Bonus and Benefits.
Required Qualifications
