Job Summary
Retail Supervisor responsible for delivering consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store, driving sales and profitability through effective planning, expense control, and service. Oversees payroll for the location, manages merchandise opportunities with Store/Assistant Store Manager, handles incoming/outgoing merchandise, enforces policies and procedures, and maintains a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping environment. Requires working non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays; 1–2 years of retail experience, strong communication and teamwork, proficiency with MS Office and retail software, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programs, and retail software
- Ability to constantly walk and move and to lift/carry up to 30 pounds regularly
