Job Summary
Lead floor management by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback to maintain a five-star customer experience. Coach team members on selling skills and behaviors while monitoring payroll to ensure hours stay within budget. Drive Total Monthly Income goals through daily sales targets and weekly performance discussions using customer reviews and mystery shops. Monitor inventory, special orders, and receiving processes to uphold quality standards. Fill open positions within 30 days to maintain staffing levels. This part-time role supports David's Bridal's mission to empower customers and employees, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.50 to $24.30.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or degree
- Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with a computerized POS system
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach for tools and objects with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to talk to and hear customers
- Must occasionally lift to 25 pounds
- Must be able to see up close and at a distance
- Must be able to use peripheral vision and depth perception
- Must be able to look at, read, and use a computer and all other electronic devices for long periods of time
