Job Summary
As a Nike Retail Supervisor in Kitchener, you’ll be the face of NIKE, leading a high-volume, fast-paced team to deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers in selecting the right products. You’ll supervise and train teammates, demonstrate Nike’s Service Principles, drive the consumer journey from welcome to purchase, and help create an inclusive, accommodating store experience. This role requires enthusiasm for Nike products, strong customer service skills, leadership to lead by example, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll need the physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
- Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
- Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and customer-focused service
- Ability to lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
- AODA and accessibility policy awareness
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Bilingual abilities not required but a plus
