Job Summary
Oversee daily on-site retail operations for the Netflix House store and pop-up locations, managing the Crew to optimize sales and deliver an exceptional fan experience. Execute daily staffing plans, enforce safety protocols, and lead training initiatives to develop team capabilities while monitoring revenue targets and budget constraints. Collaborate with the Retail Vendor team on inventory allocation, replenishment, and sales tracking, ensuring visual merchandising standards align with corporate strategy and product presentation guidelines. Manage back-of-house storage and act as Manager on Duty, making operational updates as needed to maintain efficiency. This role supports Netflix's mission to entertain the world through immersive storytelling and fan engagement in King of Prussia, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment
- Demonstrated 2+ years of retail store supervisory or managerial experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools to manage documentation, data, reporting, and collaboration
- Passion for retail visual merchandising and a strong understanding of planogram execution and product presentation standards
- Strong knowledge of training & development strategies
- Knowledge of retail trends in the Location Based Entertainment (LBE) industry
- Experience supervising direct and indirect teams in an environment that embraces continual learning and change
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing daily activities, enforcing EHS compliance, managing staff training, and optimizing workflows to enhance both safety and guest experience to ensure an overall safe, efficient, and guest-focused operation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction
