Retail Supervisor

Retail Supervisor who oversees operations and employee management in hospital-based retail food outlets, including Café, Food Court, and Grab & Go; responsibilities include ordering, weekly/monthly inventory, maintaining food cost goals, developing café daily menus, weekly production planning, training and scheduling of café staff, ensuring cash handling procedures, maintaining food quality, and supporting payroll/HR functions. Prior experience in contract dining food service (hospital, school, college, senior living, or corporate dining) preferred; role requires strong customer relations, hospitality focus, and ability to read/write, perform basic math, and follow written/oral instructions. Shift requires alternating weekends; compensation is $18 per hour with full-time schedule.
