Job Summary
Oversee daily operation of the retail venue and ensure efficient floor management; maintain high-quality product presentation; conduct daily shift meetings and assist in training staff. Motivate, develop, coach, and counsel staff to deliver guest service excellence; monitor inventory and assist with receiving and stocking; enforce inventory controls to minimize shrinkage; open/close responsibilities and ensure store standards, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-service policies are followed; maintain product knowledge and communicate with guests; perform duties with a sense of urgency and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requires 1-2 years of retail experience, supervisory experience preferred, strong written/verbal communication, professional interdepartmental interaction, and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Required Qualifications

- Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts
