Retail Supervisor - Liberty

Lead day-to-day retail store operations under Store Manager direction, supervising Customer Service Representatives, Sorters, and Donation Center Attendants. Provide coaching, mentor new employees, and ensure performance expectations are met through active floor supervision and issue resolution. Monitor merchandise flow from donation intake to sales floor, reinforce DGR and 1-Touch principles, and address bottlenecks impacting speed-to-floor. Maintain store appearance, enforce safety and loss prevention procedures, and manage cash handling and banking protocols. Complete operational reports and assist with opening/closing procedures. Act as on-duty leader during shifts and management absence to ensure compliance and staff engagement.
