Oversees floor management, customer-focus initiatives, staff training, performance discussions, and ensuring staffing goals; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years retail management experience in apparel/specialty store environments; includes hands-on duties across customer experience, operations, and leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications

- Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
