Job Summary
Coach and train Inventory Associates to maintain accuracy while following a consistent workflow. Lead the team as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns and executing directives from Area or District Managers. Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity, fostering engagement, and upholding Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. This role requires standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and traveling via car or occasionally overnight. Starting wage is $18.00-$20.00 for part-time hours with varied, traditional, and non-traditional schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
