Job Summary
Coach Inventory Associates and drive operational excellence by following a consistent workflow while resolving inventory concerns with District and Area Managers. Travel to retail locations to maintain high accuracy, demonstrate core values, and lead by example. This part-time role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with two years of inventory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays

- Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence

- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position
