Job Summary
Coach and train Inventory Associates to maintain accuracy and consistency while following a clear, consistent workflow. Lead and engage the team by serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from management, and driving operational excellence through team productivity and engagement. This role requires standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel via car or plane, including overnight stays. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
