Job Summary
Coach and develop Inventory Associates while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns, partnering with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence. Follow a clear, consistent workflow and lead by example, demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Travel to retail locations to support customer commitments and manage flexible schedules with varying hours. Requires a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and ability to perform repetitive motions, squatting, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Must be at least 21 years old with two years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
