Job Summary
Coach and develop Inventory Associates while following a clear, consistent workflow to maintain high accuracy and attention to detail. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving inventory-related concerns and partner with District and Area Managers to drive operational excellence. Travel to retail locations frequently, adhering to a flexible schedule with varying hours to support customer commitments. Lead by example while demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to stand, squat, or kneel for prolonged periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
