Job Summary
Coach and train Inventory Associates to maintain accuracy while following a clear, consistent workflow. Lead and engage the team by serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns and executing directives from Area or District Managers. Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Requires standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional overnight travel. Must be 21 years of age with two years of inventory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements
