Job Summary
Coach and train Inventory Associates to maintain accuracy and consistency. Lead the team by serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns while executing directives from Area or District Managers. Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement. Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. This role requires standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional overnight travel. Starting wage is $15.00 - $17.00.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements
