Job Summary
Coach and train Inventory Associates to maintain accuracy and consistency while following a clear, consistent workflow. Lead and engage by serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from Area or District Managers, and driving operational excellence through team productivity and engagement. Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork in a positive, safe, and inclusive environment. Requires standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasional travel via car or plane, including overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
- Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
- A valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Ability to frequently use a ladder
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
