Job Summary
Lead a team of associates by actively connecting with staff and customers to drive sales goals and ensure operational tasks are executed smoothly. Manage opening and closing routines while maintaining a customer-centric approach. This role serves as a stepping-stone for career advancement within the retail leadership track. The position requires six months of Goodwill retail experience or one year of prior supervisory experience, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, computer literacy, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree.
- Computer experience, including reporting and Excel proficiency.
- CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
