Job Summary
Retail Supervisor role overseeing store and donation-center operations, supervising staff, coaching, and driving customer satisfaction and revenue. Responsibilities include loss prevention, training and coaching employees, ensuring proper cash controls and POS operations, managing merchandise flow and rotation, facilitating hiring processes (phone screens and training), and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. Demonstrates customer-focused service, effective communication, adaptability, and accountability while leading teams to meet organizational standards and goals.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Forklift certification
- Flexible schedule with two closing shifts per week and every other weekend
