Job Summary
Retail Supervisor at Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago responsible for supervising store and donation center operations, motivating the team to meet customer satisfaction and revenue goals, supporting merchandising, coaching customer interactions, and overseeing training, hiring, POS operations, loss prevention, data entry and reporting. Emphasizes community engagement and maintaining safe, efficient store and donation flows with an emphasis on customer-focused service and staff development.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to complete and retain forklift certification.
- Work varied schedule and flexible hours; a minimum of two closing shifts per week and every other weekend as scheduled. Additional nights and weekend shifts may be required to meet business needs.
- Must have working phone that allows for communication accessibility.
