Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned retail department, providing direction, training, and coaching to associate-level staff to ensure efficient store procedures and a positive customer experience. Manage inventory and profitability by receiving, handling, and replenishing merchandise while maintaining company standards and resolving operational errors. Collaborate with store leadership on policies and procedures, demonstrating a high professional standard to foster a supportive team culture. Requires a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally, with full-time employment and a pay range of $17.60 to $22.76. Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to use specialized equipment
- Ability to work in a place (implied: active environment)
