Job Summary
Lead and model a customer-first culture by assigning shifts, reviewing results, and providing feedback to maintain a five-star experience. Monitor store payroll, analyze inventory management, and execute performance-based leadership to achieve Total Monthly Income goals. Provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling skills, observe individual team member performance, and enforce action plans through weekly discussions. Communicate daily sales goals, drive action through Chat Ins/Outs, and build a talent pipeline to fill open positions within 30 days. Act as a mentor, leader, and coach to maximize team productivity while ensuring all roles clock in and out accurately for scheduled shifts, breaks, and meals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or degree
- Two-four years prior retail management experience in an apparel or specialty store environment
- Prior experience with a computerized POS system
- Must occasionally lift to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to reach for tools and objects with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Must be able to see up close and at a distance
- Must be able to use peripheral vision and depth perception
- Must be able to look at, read, and use a computer and all other electronic devices for long periods of time
