Job Summary
Retail Supervisor responsible for leading a store's management team, delivering five-star customer service, and achieving sales goals. Builds and coaches a high-performing team, manages floor coverage, shifts, and feedback, monitors payroll within budget, drives inventory and special-order processes, and maintains performance through regular coaching and performance discussions. Requires a High School Diploma or degree and 2-4 years of retail management experience in apparel or specialty retail, plus experience with POS systems. Demonstrates leadership, customer focus, coaching, and strong communication to develop talent and ensure a consistent customer experience.
