Job Summary
Retail Supervisor overseeing day-to-day store operations, coaching and training team members, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Maintain department labor and inventory, promote a safe work environment, and collaborate with the Retail Manager to achieve business goals. Requires evening and weekend availability and comfort working in varied conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of work experience in a retail environment
- Verifiable supervisory experience
- Retail buying experience preferred
- Experience with retail point-of-sale inventory systems
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license
- Able to lift twenty pounds unattended and forty pounds with assistance
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
