Job Summary
Guide guests through their outdoor journey with care, acting as the bridge between the sales floor and leadership to elevate both experiences and team culture. Manage daily store operations by opening and closing, supporting inventory and merchandising, and delegating tasks to uphold standards. Coach fellow Guides on product knowledge and the Do Good mission while providing real-time feedback to strengthen team camaraderie. Support new hire onboarding to shape a values-driven team. This role requires flexibility with scheduling including holidays, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and standing on your feet. Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- 1+ year of retail experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work on feet
- Flexibility with scheduling to support the team and business needs including holidays
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
