Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned associate-level staff, providing direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store procedures and a positive customer experience. Supervise departmental responsibilities including receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing inventory to drive store profitability. Maintain company standards and policies while resolving employee errors and collaborating with store leadership on procedures. Work in an active environment with physical demands, including moving items up to 40 lbs, and adhere to a flexible retail schedule that changes seasonally based on business trends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to use specialized equipment
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
