Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned retail department, providing direction, training, and coaching to associate-level staff to ensure efficient store procedures and a positive customer experience. Manage inventory by receiving, handling, and replenishing merchandise while monitoring profitability. Collaborate with store leadership on policies and standards, maintaining company procedures and resolving operational errors. Lead by example to foster a professional store culture and support overall business goals. This role supports the Store Leadership Team at a new Park Meadows location opening in October 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
