Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store by providing direction, training, and coaching to associate-level team members. Supervise assigned departments to ensure efficient procedures, proper inventory handling, and profitability while maintaining high professional standards. Collaborate with store leadership on policies and resolve operational issues to support the customer experience. Work in an active environment requiring physical movement and the ability to handle items up to 40 lbs. Requires a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally based on business trends.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a place
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
