Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations for a new store opening in Park Meadows Shopping Mall in October 2026, providing leadership and direction to associate-level staff. Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to ensure efficient store procedures and proper customer experiences. Supervise assigned departments by managing inventory, handling replenishment, and processing sales to drive profitability. Maintain company standards and policies while resolving operational errors and problems. Collaborate with store leadership on assigned areas of responsibility. Requires 2-5 years of retail experience, POS system proficiency, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a flexible retail schedule
