Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned retail department, providing direction, training, and coaching to associate-level staff to ensure efficient store procedures and proper customer experiences. Manage store profitability by receiving, handling, and replenishing inventory while maintaining company policies and quality standards. Resolve operational errors and collaborate with store leadership on procedures and standards. Work in an active environment requiring physical movement and the ability to handle items up to 40 lbs, with a flexible schedule that may change seasonally based on business trends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a place
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
