Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff by providing direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures. Supervise assigned departments, managing receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing to support store profitability and customer experience. Collaborate with store leadership on policies and standards while maintaining company procedures and resolving employee or operational errors. Maintain a high professional standard of behavior and lead by example to foster a positive store culture. Requires flexible retail schedule availability and experience in retail operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with others
- Ability to constantly move about
- Ability to adjust/moving items weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to use specialized equipment
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
