Job Summary
Retail Supervisor leads and directs associate-level team members in an assigned area to ensure efficient store operations and optimal customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day activities, providing training and coaching, ensuring adherence to store procedures and quality standards, supporting the store leadership team on policies and standards, and contributing to a positive store culture. Requires 2-5 years of experience, proficiency with POS systems and in-store tech, and strong communication skills. No formal education required beyond a High School Diploma or GED preferred. Located in Orlando, FL with full-time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in-store computerized systems, and telephone
- Effective communication skills; able to exchange ideas and information with the store leadership team, associates, and consumers
