Job Summary
Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and supporting the team in providing friendly advice to customers. Coach staff through guidance on appropriate service behaviors, help onboard new members with training and induction, and ensure merchandising standards are met. Manage and coordinate stock effectively while maintaining high energy and smooth workflow in your designated department. This Full-Time role requires flexibility to work morning, day, and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends. Adult pay rate of $30.78 per hour applies to candidates aged 18 and above.
Required Qualifications
- Full-Time role

- age 15 or over
- Prior experience in warehousing and/or stock management
- The ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback
- Be results driven and a team player
- Be approachable and confident
- Have an eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
- To be on your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
- background checks may be required
