Job Summary
Retail Supervisor at Bunnings leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring excellent customer service, coaching and onboarding new team members, upholding merchandising standards, and coordinating stock while supporting the store leadership team. Role involves buying into a flexible schedule (part-time 30+ hours per week with potential full-time for the right candidate), across Monday to Friday 6:30am–10pm and every second weekend. Compensation is $30.78 per hour. Includes opportunities for growth and development within a supportive, inclusive store culture.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Customer-service orientation
- Ability to onboard and train new team members
- Merchandising accuracy and stock management
- Knowledge of electrical, paint and/or plumbing products is a bonus
- Willingness to work across a wide range of retail hours
