Job Summary
Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices, coaching the team on appropriate service behaviors, and providing guidance to ensure every day is a success. Manage and coordinate stock effectively while upholding merchandising standards to meet business requirements. Onboard and train new team members through induction support, maintaining high energy and smooth workflow in your designated department. Assist customers across a wide range of retail hours while guiding and supporting staff to bring out the best in the team.
Required Qualifications
- Full-Time employment
- Flexibility to work morning/day/evening shifts and weekends
- Adult pay rate eligibility (18 years of age or above)
- Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Open communication skills
- Genuine interest in coaching and developing others
- Ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback
- Results driven mindset

- Approachable and confident demeanor
- Eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products
- Ability to be on feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours
