Retail Supervisor

Retail Supervisor at Bunnings, leading by example to support the store's senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, onboarding and training new staff, maintaining merchandising standards, and coordinating stock to ensure smooth operations. Must be able to guide, support, and provide feedback to teammates, be results-driven, and maintain high levels of customer service across rotating rosters, including one-week open shifts, one-week close shifts, and every second weekend. Full-time in Darwin, Australia, with on-site responsibilities and opportunities to grow leadership skills within a diverse, inclusive team. The role requires the ability to work on feet across a wide range of retail hours and to participate in the interview process (online chat, video) and onsite meet-and-greet steps if selected.
