Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, supervise and train retail associates, manage inventory through stock replenishment and counts, and monitor sales performance to meet targets. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain visual standards and merchandising to ensure a positive shopping experience. Foster a collaborative team environment while adhering to all airport, federal, state, and local employment regulations. Shift availability includes any 8-hour shift between 12 PM and closing (typically 11 PM), with weekend and holiday work required. Starting pay is $19 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to use basic math; e.g., addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
- Must successfully complete required airport security and background screening, including a federal background check
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of previous retail supervisor experience
- Some bending, crouching, pushing/pulling and lifting/lowering of 20-50 lbs
- Must be able to operate all equipment used in the restaurant
