Job Summary
As Retail Supervisor, lead and direct a team of associate-level staff in an assigned area to ensure efficient store operations and an exceptional customer experience. Oversee day-to-day activities, provide training and coaching, supervise department performance and profitability through proper receiving, replenishing, and processing, and uphold store procedures and standards. Foster a positive store culture, collaborate with the store leadership team on policies and procedures, and support company values while enabling development opportunities for teammates.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in position or specialization
- Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems
- Effective communication skills; able to exchange ideas and information with store leadership team, associates, and customers
