Job Summary
Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide the best experience while driving sales through suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge. Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, and displaying garments per guidelines to maximize selling opportunities. Keep clientele informed about current promotions and future merchandise, respond to customer questions, and administer financial transactions including cash, gift cards, and credit/debit cards. Alert management of potential security issues and assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and kneeling frequently. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for people. BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a Retail Stylist for the Tysons Corner location.

Desired Qualifications
- 1 year+ of retail experience
- Cash handling skills & Point of Sales Systems experience
