Job Summary
Model premium denim for customers, styling and wardrobing based on their needs while achieving individual sales goals. Represent the brand in all interactions, building client relationships through outreach and setting examples for customer engagement. Assist store management with non-selling tasks including replenishing stock, organizing the stockroom, executing promotions, and maintaining store cleanliness. Operate the cash register and adhere to loss prevention awareness and company policies. Work weekends and night shifts, standing for entire shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High level of initiative/self-starter
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Climb ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
