Job Summary
Achieve individual sales goals by styling and wardrobing customers based on their needs while delivering exceptional experiences that exceed industry standards. Represent the brand in all interactions with customers and peers, building client relationships through outreach and ensuring team members embody brand standards. Support store management with non-selling operational tasks including replenishing stock, maintaining the stockroom, executing sales promotions, and keeping the store neat and clean. Operate the cash register accurately while adhering to loss prevention awareness and company policies regarding dress code and attendance. Work flexible weekend and night shifts, standing for entire shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience
- Must work weekend and night shifts
- Climb ladders as needed
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed
- Able to meet performance expectations
- Strong communication and engagement skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High level of initiative/self-starter
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures
