Job Summary
Lead the team to process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately, while strategically placing product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities. Translate the product story through creative visual merchandising and execute Aritzia's standards of product display and maintenance. Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni channel services and manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives. Ensure seamless operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations while upholding brand aesthetic and style fundamentals.
