Job Summary
The Retail Store Visual Merchandiser will implement a visual merchandising strategy to achieve sales volume and financial objectives, execute visually appealing store displays, coordinate layout plans for products, and adhere to visual merchandising standards. This role involves mentoring store staff on merchandising basics, collaborating with management on visual needs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Preferred qualifications include experience in retail store visual merchandising and education in interior design or merchandising.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Regularly lift objects over 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to transport loads of 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in retail store visual merchandising, preferably in home furnishings
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a team environment
