Job Summary
Ring customer purchases and returns, count change accurately, and process merchandise for the sales floor. Maintain a clean, organized store environment while upholding merchandising standards and participating in store recovery. Engage with all customers to deliver a satisfied experience, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support shrink reduction goals. Adhere to operational, loss prevention, and labor laws while maintaining a safe environment. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
