Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging travelers with positive interactions, operating the point-of-sale system to process payments, and following all cash handling policies. Prepare and serve quality food while ensuring proper food safety procedures, including wrapping, labeling, and checking product temperatures. Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations, execute kitchen tasks like prepping and cooking, and actively cross-sell products. Maintain knowledge of available services and adhere to brand standards. Requires ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds; available for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
