Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards. Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes; maintain store recovery to support brand promises. Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollment; engage with VOC surveys. Support Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production. Adhere to SOPs and safety policies; promote a positive image and collaborate with team members. Frame shop duties include framing-related tasks; other duties as assigned.
